MOBILITY  TUNE - UP
  • If you love foam rolling, spiky balls and self myofascial release techniques, then this is the class for you
  • When practiced it helps eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance by locating your body’s blind spots that are catalysts for pain, injury and discomfort.
  • Classes are concentrated to delve deep into specific body parts such as core, hips, back, shoulders.
  • Using our breath and therapeutic balls of varying sizes,  we can facilitate the release of tension and stress in both the body and mind
  • This class is great for anyone who has postural issues (think sitting at a desk for long periods), anyone who is tight and stiff and also for sports enthusiasts as is is a great recovery and reset session
