Breathe Move Relax is the place to come to when you are sick and tired of massive classes, where you get lost in the crowd and no one knows your name. ( insert Cheers theme song here)
Well, I got fed up with those big impersonal classes and decided I would not teach classes like that and would create a more personal atmosphere to my classes and workshops. I strive for a community feel to the movement classes, where your name and individual needs are important to me.
Classes are small which allows for individual attention during classes. I meet you where you are at on the day and with whatever issues you walk in with. I can structure a class to meet everyone's daily needs as well as individual fitness levels.
It is a two way movement partnership where I learn from you and you learn from me as I believe we are all teachers. You will come to the mat with your own uniqueness and I will share my knowledge, experience and ongoing learning to provide you with a safe place to explore your breath, body and movement connections so that you leave with a positive movement experience and little different than when you walked in.
You may sleep better, walk taller, be pain free, feel energised, feel relaxed or experience all of these amazing benefits as you continue to progress over time. My mission is for you to move better for the rest of your life and to use what you learn on the Mat in your daily life.
