I teach and love to explore all things about movement. Whether your goal is to walk around the block pain-free, be a world champion, or just feel healthier – it all starts with the ability to MOVE.
To restore movement is to restore the body to wholeness. The body is so much greater than the sum of its parts; everything is connected. For example, if you injure your shoulder it will affect movement at your hips, in turn stressing the knees. If only the painful knee is treated, chances are your problem will recur again and again. It is important to look at the body as an integrated functional unit, and treat it as such.
I enjoy introducing clients to exercise methods and movement techniques that are quick, effective and easy to incorporate into their daily lives, and which support them in making movement a part of their daily lives.
I believe movement is medicine: we can restore what is broken, find what is lost and maintain what feels good and natural to our individual body.

My StoryKimberley Peden – Integrative Movement Specialist, Believer that movement is Medicine, Anatomy and Neurology geek and a continual student of all things related to breathing, moving, relaxing and the brain.
I developed my practice over the last 2 decades working in the field of Health, Well-being and Movement and I continue to refine my skills and seek further knowledge in holistic movement and healing. My approach is creative and playful, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice. I use an approach that is a combination of supportive coaching and self exploration during movement sessions. I am a firm believer that you cannot teach that which you do not live and I have my own daily self practice of all that I know and love in order to maintain my own personal health and well-being.
