​Build a Foundation 
November 28th

Let's Start - show me how you move it -
  • with Body Weight and Band movement circuit to wake up and invigorate the mind and body and start the week off feeling energized and strong
​
  • I will be correcting form and technique so you get the right amount of stress to create change in your body








November 30th

​1st hour: - welcome Newbies!

Full Programmers can attend this hour or  just come to the training at 7.00 pm.

Focus on form and technique and finding the right version of the base movements for your body
  • horizontal push /pull
  • vertical push / pull
  • hip and knee dominant 
  • mobility flow
  • core stability
  • interval training
  • Finishing with a BW and band metabolic circuit
2nd hour

Just in case you forgot what we did the previous 2 sessions,
  • we will combine everything into a recap session to kick-start our week

  • we will add in some fun drills, games and partner work to finish the week off, de-stress and laugh a little or a lot
