Restorative Yoga is a practice using props and postures held for longer periods of time to initiate deep relaxation of the body, mind and nervous system
Restorative is beneficial in helping with daily stress and is a great way for people who go go go to slow sloooow slow
We will also practice some flowing movement sequences to warm the body, increase mobility and flexibility and to connect breath, body, mind and movement before we move into long held postures to facilitate deep relaxation.
