getting stronger 1 session at a time

November 28th - December 16

 In order to see muscle adaptations, progress and results, it is recommended  to do at least 2 resistance training sessions per week 
  • Monday         6.00 am - 7.00 am
  • Wednesday  6.00 pm - 8.00 pm  First Hour is Form Focus  (newbies attend both hours ) and 7 - 8 Training  for everyone
  • Friday            6.00 am - 7.00 am
Locations: Around Altona and may be varied due to weather and for scheduled sessions - places likely to be used are
100 Steps, Altona Esplanade and Cherry Lake, 

Cost: $225 for the body/mind program ( if paid via cash or bank transfer, however  if you wish to use your credit card via paypal a service a small fee will be added) 

What you get: 3 Weeks of Training Consisting of: 
  • 3 hours per week of training - strengthening, mobility and cardiovascular from a degree qualified trainer who has extensively studied anatomy, physiology, bio mechanics, strength and conditioning and has done numerous addition course and keeps up with the latest research  to be the best at what I do
  • 1 hour a week of form check and feedback before the workout session
  • A trainer who is supportive and will meet you where you are at , right now, in your health and fitness journey and knows how to tailor if for you!
  • A coach who will be honest with you about how to reach your goals and will not make promises (like a beach body in 6 weeks) that are unrealistic 
  • An integrative movement specialist who loves to work out herself and knows how challenging it can be to schedule it in to a busy life and understands the ups and downs of making fitness a priority, however I have plenty of tips and suggestions to help you schedule you time
  • A performance coach who is a strong and fit size 16 ish  and knows how to adjust movements for women of all shapes and sizes
  • Small group sessions so you get individual attention during the session (so I can tailor it for you and make any progressions or regressions needed for your body and needs)
  • Daily motivational messages 
  • FUN! FUN! FUN!  - I believe exercise is fun and should not feel like a punishment so I will add a pinch of silly and entertainment during the sessions (as laughter releases a lot of good body chemicals) 

BONUSES: 
  • access to a secret Facebook group - where I will answer questions daily to help you in between sessions and for us to communicate as a group
  • Yearly membership to the Warrior Online group where you will have access to videos that will be posted weekly
  • email  access to Me during the scheduled training block , for answering  questions that can help you reach your goals (this I will do once per day) 
  • a 30 minute 1 on 1 session with me via skype or  face to face where we can have a movement coaching session, work on your  home program or just chat about how to reach your goals (this is a $110 value )
